I spent all day doing other stuff and not writing. Not even a little bit. Yikes.

It had a semi-productive purpose though, trying to get a bit of established presence online and directing some traffic this way. It's so shallow but I'm much more motivated when I see pretty numbers scaling upward.

That was the afternoon, my morning was spent in casual endeavors, so it was worth it but I'm always left with a bit of regret when I don't spend my entire day writing. I think, in the end, I will view it as a very nice day spent doing things that I enjoy, even if it was ultimately a running in place day.

So, I've just got to get my next project to work on figured out and get a blog post set up so next week when I sit down to write I'll actually have somewhat of a map to follow. Easier said than done.
